What is klr in staad?

RAM | STAAD | OpenTower. The KL/r value that STAAD reports for a single angle member does not match my hand calculation. The KL/r value that STAAD reports for the Y axis for a single angle does not match what I get from my hand calculation. As I'm doing steel Structure Design in Staad Pro. Maybe interpreting KLR information can I guess something?. So here is a question for any who whish to tackle.
