These guys started as one of the first standalone places to get sushi and bao in Pune. Their Bao menu even has the most variety and there are a total of 8 varieties to choose from. The My PBJ Bao is an excellent one if you love Pork, the 12-hour braised Pork belly with Jalapeno slaw is a great take on the classics. The vegetarian ones include Mushroom, BBQ Tofu and Cheese and Onions, the BBQ Tofu is probably the best of them all, packed with heaps of flavour.

The modern idea of Mainland China Kitchen is here to stay. They have the Katsu Chicken Bao which is a delicious piece of meat loaded with Crispy Onions, Pickled Carrots and a very nice Bao Bun there. The Chicken is cooked Katsu style and there is a reduced Katsu Curry Sauce that is spread across the bao for some intense flavour.

The Pulled Chicken Bao is the one you must get here and they are pretty well done. The simple filling of Pulled Chicken and some Caramelised Onions and radish make it look and taste nice. The best part is that if you do not want to eat too much bao, they have two sizes, a small one that has two baos and a big portion that comes with four of them.
