What is your own formula for keeping good health?
For me, good health = Balance. - Balanced diet (not too strict, not too junk). - Regular exercise (30 mins walk daily). - Proper sleep (7 hrs). - Mental peace (meditation). It’s not about perfection but consistency.
My formula is very simple only. I always try to eat home-cooked food. My mother says it is best. I avoid too much oily and spicy things. Every morning, I go for a walk for 30-40 minutes. It makes me feel fresh. I also do some basic yoga and breathing. This helps with the body's flexibility. I drink plenty of water all day. The main thing is to get proper sleep, at least 7 hours. And try not to take too much tension. These small daily habits are my secret for good health.
My formula: “Eat less, move more, stress less.” That’s it. People complicate health, but really, moderation is key.
I believe in traditional Indian lifestyle. Early rising, yoga, seasonal foods, and herbal teas. My grandmother lived past 90 with this formula.
As a fitness trainer, I say: Track calories, strength-train thrice a week, and avoid sugar. Health is measurable—track progress.
I keep it simple: Hydrate well, stay curious, sleep enough. The body takes care of the rest.
For me, good health is not only physical but also social. Meeting friends, laughing, sharing meals—all boost immunity. Loneliness kills health faster than junk food.
