An elderly pt was attacked by a cna.He yelled at him and told him to stop.He threw him off his chair and into his bed.The pt was quite old and debilitated.
I threw the cna out of the facility and reported it to the shift supervisor who was on duty.
The D.N.S. received a written report from me.
They didn't do nothing.
They did nothing after I reported it to the state.
