The eBay Payment Methods Allowed Policy provides both buyers and sellers with a number of convenient and appropriate options for safely conducting transactions on the platform.
It recommends that all sellers on eBay offer the option of paying with the PayPal payment method, not only because it's a convenient method, but also because both buyer and seller benefit from the protection against fraud, chargebacks, and financial data hijacking.

If you don't cancel the items within 30 days from the date the buyer confirmed the purchase, the item will not be re listed and you won't get the reimbursement of the fees.
