Where can we get college advice?

From your high school guidance counsellor, your teachers, your peers, your parents and even the internet (but don’t trust the internet for everything). Think about what you want to do in life and research about it. Write out the pros and cons and when you serious about it, reach out to any of those bolded above. You can even get in touch with the institution directly and see if you can set up a phone call or video conference; the pros and cons list really help you make the right decision, I know it has made many of mine, trust me. Remember when you learned to walk? Me neither! You will find your way in the world. But, no matter what get a degree. It really makes little difference in what unless you have a specific goal like being an engineer, computer geek, doctor or lawyer.You will graduate, take as many job interviews as you can get, and soon someone will offer you a job.If you like it, take it, and if you don't, quit, and get another one.

You can attend state academy of sciences annual meetings, ecological societies, engineering societies, literary societies, and listen to the speeches and talk to the people afterwards, if you go to any local professional conferences in your area.College career counselors have a limited view of what careers are available.Talk to people who are in those fields.
