Which government jobs after 12th pass have lower cut-off marks?
From my experience, postal department jobs like GDS (Gramin Dak Sevak) had very low cut-offs in my region. They were mostly based on 10th and 12th marks without exam. If you are looking for lower cut-off jobs, check GDS recruitment notifications.
I appeared for SSC MTS and found cut-off to be quite low, especially for reserved categories. In some states, police constable exams also have moderate cut-offs, but physical test plays a big role. So yes, if you want easier entry, MTS is better.
I think it depends on how many people apply. For example, some smaller state exams get less attention, so cut-off is low. Whereas national exams like SSC CHSL always have high cut-offs. Better strategy is to apply for multiple exams together.
Jobs like Multi Tasking Staff (MTS) under SSC usually have lower cut-off compared to CHSL or other exams. Some state-level clerk or assistant posts also set relatively low cut-offs because fewer applicants apply. But this varies every year depending on competition and vacancy.
