Which government jobs after 12th provide free medical benefits?

All permanent government jobs provide medical benefits. Defence and Railways even give free treatment in their own hospitals for employees and families.

I am in Railway clerical post. My family uses Railway hospital free of cost. Medicines are also given without charge. This is a big saving.

Police and paramilitary staff also get cashless medical treatment. Even retired employees enjoy health coverage. It’s a lifetime benefit.
