Which Maruti model benefits the most from the new Maruti Suzuki car GST rate cuts?

From my side, I feel the Brezza compact SUV benefits a lot. Brezza is a hot-selling SUV in India. A cut of up to ₹1 lakh will make it very attractive compared to rivals like Tata Nexon or Hyundai Venue. Even a small difference in price can tilt the buyer’s choice. So Brezza could see a big jump in bookings.

I think WagonR is the biggest winner here. It is already Maruti’s top seller. After the GST rate cut, WagonR price will fall by around ₹60,000 in some variants. This is huge because WagonR is a family car, popular among first-time buyers as well as middle-class families. Swift and Dzire will also gain, but they were already slightly premium. The real push will come in small cars where every rupee matters.
