I personally visited Surat’s textile markets before Navratri. The collection of colorful ghagras, dupattas, and traditional jewelry was amazing. Prices are also reasonable if you know how to bargain. Also, Vadodara’s Mandvi market is full of stalls selling Garba essentials.
