Which works better for affiliate marketing: blogging or YouTube?

YouTube works faster because videos get more attention. People like visual explanations. Blogging takes longer to rank but can bring more consistent traffic later.

I think blogging is better long-term. YouTube can change its algorithm and kill your reach. Blogs are under your control, and you can grow them into authority sites.

I do both. I create a blog post and also a YouTube video for the same product. This way, I cover both text and video audiences, and link them together.
