Why pricol share is falling?

I was looking at this one too. It seems like a few things are happening. Their last big money report showed profit was down a little. This can make people nervous.

A lot of big investors are probably selling now. This is called 'profit booking'. The share price went up so much last year, so they are taking their cash.

Also, that story about another company, Minda Corp, wanting to buy them is quiet now. That news made the price jump before. With that excitement gone, the price is settling down. The whole market is a bit shaky as well, which doesn't help. It's a mix of things, I reckon. Not just one reason.
