With this win, how strong are UAE’s chances now of reaching the Super Four? What do they need to happen (for other matches) for them to advance?

The win surely improved UAE’s morale. They showed they can fight, but to qualify they must play at top level in every match. Net run rate could be the deciding factor for them.

UAE still has to depend on other results. If India and Pakistan both dominate, then UAE needs to win with better run rate. Their chance is alive but not very strong.

If Oman loses again and UAE maintains momentum, there is hope. But realistically, Super Four requires UAE to beat at least one giant team, which is a tough challenge.

For me, this victory is more about respect than qualification. UAE proved they belong at Asia Cup. Even if they don’t qualify, the team will get recognition.
