The boot time seems to have increased by 30 seconds, compared to my earlier AVG free.I can't compare this product to another one as I think it has more features and the boot time is acceptable.I need to see if that works when I need it. I switched from AVG to try a paid version.

quite a few times it gives me false alarms.interface can be better. i still haevnt found a way to disable/pause the protection which you sometimes need while installing some programsfor a person who needs simple interface and not wanting to have to fiddle with the settings, it can be a little bit daunting.firewall settings is complex. i could not find a way not that it cannot to block certain programms from acessing internet due to bad interface.i cant comment on the level of protection it gives.activation is difficult. it keeps saying canot connect with server. finally was able to do it. i think it has to do with your internet connection/speed

This Bitdefender is not user freindly. i don know it create alot of problem. it will block everything in your windows in the name of of security. it does not work properly and pathetic customers supportA security software should do what the user set and whay user want.First problem: Inbuilt camera of laptop blocked. i set rules to exclude fore some app like camera and Windows hello feature. even though i exclude it, it block them. what kimd of secirity is this? blocking apps evwn the user exclude it2.Ftp server blocking: i run Ftp server in my laptop. it doesnot workbefore install bitdefender it was working well. even i turn off the firewall of bitdefender and windows defender turn off, it indergoes blocking the app. :-D lolll. i dont know what kind of security is it.3. worst costumer serbice. i tried to contact customer service. but theu send me some automated message and notable to contact themi should go for kaspwraky,which was good and wasy. thanks god i buy only for 1 year long tmactivation key
