Green tube was pinched on delivery and was about to snap.Description shows bands of 150 lbs but delivered product was 100 lbs only.Tubes are hollow and not solid like the heavy flat bands.All tubes used together provide resistance as good as 25-30 kgs not more than that.Returned product as it was not as per my expectations.
