How do you keep family traditions alive across generations?

I think the best way is to involve younger members. For example, during festivals, I let my niece help with cooking traditional dishes. When children participate, traditions feel less like rules and more like joyful memories. Documenting stories, recipes, and rituals also helps to pass them down.

Some traditions must be adapted to modern times. For instance, if meeting in person is difficult, we do virtual celebrations. The form changes, but the spirit remains. Flexibility keeps traditions alive without making them a burden.
