How to make a signature in Outlook?

When an email is generated, a few minutes are used to generate a farewell at the end of our message, if we count those minutes of all the emails that are sent in a day, we can realize that a reasonable time has been dedicated to those small lines, if we see it by week and then by month, one could almost see that it is a working day spent on that activity.

Generate a signature

You can select new email in the ribbon of tools.

You can display signatures and select signatures within the messages section.

The signature will depend on the application you send the email to. If you send an email through the mobile application, you will have the same signature as if you send it through the desktop version, even if you have the same Outlook account.

The first thing you have to do is open the application in the version that can be installed on a computer that is included in Office. If you haven't done so before, add the Outlook account in which you want to sign.

The file button is in the upper left part of the screen.

You will see different options when the file menu opens. You have to click on the Options button in the left blue column just below the Exit option.

The window will open with the options. You have to click on the Mail category in the menu in the column on the left. Click on the signature button if you want to modify signatures for messages.

There are three different blocks in the signature panel, where you can perform different tasks when creating, modifying, managing and editing signatures. Here you can see what each one of them does.

You can access the web client from Outlook.com web. The icon of a gear wheel is at the top right of the configuration button that you have to click after you have entered and signed in. You can see all Outlook settings at the bottom of the menu.

There is a lot of categories divided into two left columns and the content that is displayed further to the right in the window that opens. If you click on theCompose and reply option, you will see that it is in second place, and you will be able to click on the Mail category.

You can see all the options on the right when you click on Compose. The first option is to create a signature, and you can use the text formatting options to make it your own.
