How to use eucalyptus oil for baby cold?

For my toddler, I mixed one drop of eucalyptus oil with coconut oil and rubbed it on his feet, then covered with socks. It worked like a mild vapor rub. But never put near nose or mouth—it’s unsafe.

Don’t apply directly—it’s too strong for babies. Instead, add a drop to a bowl of hot water in the room (not close to baby) for gentle inhalation. You can also put a drop on a handkerchief near the crib. Always consult your pediatrician first.
