It is a fundamental human right to get what you pay for. It's not right for someone else to pay for something for you.

If it's a human right, someone has to provide it for you.If no doctor will perform your operation for free, what will you do?Is it just not willing to do your operation period? Will you make him do it?Do you want him to be slaves to you?

Yes, for a society to be considered a civilization. If a government doesn't help its people, what's the point of living in a group? It is a means to exploit the poor.

No, not at all.Negative Rights are claims against others regarding what they may not do to you. There are no legitimate Positive Rights. You can't have a legitimate right to productive efforts of others.Period.

If receiving healthcare is a fundamental right, it is also a fundamental obligation. If healthcare is a fundamental right, you have an obligation to give it for others. As long as no one else is obligated to care for one's own health, there is a fundamental human right to do so.
