Where is tumbbad village?

I also had this same question after watching the movie! Actually, the Tumbbad village is not a real place. It is a fictional village created for the story.

But the shooting for the movie happened in a real location in Maharashtra. That old, scary house they show, the wada, is a real place. It is called Purandare Wada and it is in Saswad, a town near Pune. The movie team just made it look very ancient. So you can visit the shooting spot, but you will not find a village named Tumbbad on any map.
